Terry was very helpful, making every effort to come and help restore heating during cold spell. He was able to diagnose the problem effectively and quickly sourced and replaced a part that was malfunctioning. Would very happily have Terry round again for any plumbing work - I’ve already identified something I can get him back to do.

There wS a leak under the kitchen sink and the water was not draining properly. I called West Street Plumbers and he came half an hour later to have a look and make an assessment. Our boiler stopped working on the coldest Friday night of the year so far. We rang Terry first thing on Saturday, and he arrived within the hour. The fan had broken. Terry located, collected and fitted a new fan, and we had heating and hot water within two hours of him first arriving. A friendly, efficient and professional service from beginning to end. I'm so pleased I found West Street Plumbers! Terry has carried out a number of plumbing tasks in our house over the past couple of weeks and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone. His work is of a very high quality, he has been able identified the cause of problems quickly and efficiently and then sorted them out, and he is so friendly and personable that he's easy to have in the house without any awkwardness or intrusiveness that often happens when people you don't know are carrying out work. He has serviced our boiler, identified the source of two leaks and fixed them, run new pipework to a sink, fitted a new thermostat, changed some taps, fixed a toilet cistern and replaced the sealant around the bath and sink. His work is also clean and tidy - he has been a total godsend and we will definitely be calling him next time something goes wrong!
